Service guy Michael did outstanding job, spoke with a sales man following day for a trade in quote on my two Jaguars, he was going to call me back with a unseen quote, But he Never Called me Back , I’m Disappointed my have perched a new Jaguar .I’m going to try another dealer.
The service at this location is just plain weak. It isn't that anyone is rude or even incompetent, it is just that it isn't what you'd expect from a dealership of what is supposed to be luxury brands. When there are issues, you are truly on your own. If you need a tow, they'll unhelpfully give you the number for roadside assistance and let you take care of it. There are no loaners available for months at a time so unless you have multiple cars, I am not sure how they expect you to get any ...
