Great experiences at this dealership!!!I’ve been a longtime Mercedes customer and wasn’t sure if I wanted to experience none other than another Mercedes.  I test drove BMW, Audii and Jaguar but still was indecisive. Kudus to Sheldon Nevilles  It was Sheldon who helped me make my decision to purchase a Jaguar. The staff was very friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. I was treated with respect and everyone I dealt with throughout the process was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. My salesman Patrick Tapke made my experience good with no haggling or pressure antics.  Charles Renald (Business Mgr) was also great, He took the time and listened attentively and answered my questions thoroughly. I could not ask for any more. Buy the way did I mention I got a GOOD deal as well!!! I would definitely recommend this dealership!!.

Alfreda Baker, my sales specialist was wonderful, and it truly felt like she was working on my behalf, looking out for my interests, instead of just trying to make another sale. I would strongly recommend this dealership - and especially Alfreda.

This is a great Jaguar dealership! I have been bringing my Jaguars here for service for a number of years. They truly care about you as a customer. Amanda Johnson is an amazing service rep and always delivers on what she promises. I have bought a Jaguar here before as well and very satisfied with the purchase. I plan to buy my future vehicles here in the years to come.

As a younger non typical buyer to Jaguar, I was treated with utmost respect and professionalism by Brent Slatas who I was set up by their internet sales appointment setter. Brent is a car nut first and foremost. Not that it matters to most customers but it helps when deciding and testing out different engine configurations of the same model. Brent was patient, an active listener who did not push current product inventory at Monmouth Jaguar. He understands what it means to build rapport with a customer and if focused on what the customer is actually looking for. Without taking a deposit, he was able to do a locate on a vehicle. He even made a recommendation that based off the results he found, it was better to order the vehicle to ensure the vehicle was exactly met to my specifications and more importantly within the price I wanted to pay for the vehicle. Brent is a prime example of how you should treat all types of customers walking into a luxury brand dealership. Courtesy, Respect, Professionalism.

I picked up my new jaguar XE today and I'm beyond pleases with the amazing customer service from the entire team. Everyone was very friendly and helpful through the entire process. Pierre Noel was exceptionally helpfully and courteous. I would definitely suggest to purchase a vehicle from this location.

Hello all,I would be remiss if I did not take some time out to comment on a truly special world class service department over at Jaguar Monmouth. I have been a customer for a few years now and I've had the pleasure of working with a number of service advisors at this dealership. Always pleasant to deal with and truly service with a smile. When it comes to my XJ I know that whenever service is needed urgent or otherwise that I will be treated fairly. Amanda Johnson is a true standout in her industry and clearly knows her stuff. Like any good doctor Amanda backs up her solid work ethic with a pleasant demeanor and a truly thorough and deep understanding of what her clients are going through and what they need from her.
